It’s the time of the year when we get invited to all sorts of different parties and family gatherings. And it’s the time when it’s almost impossible to say “no” and avoid these events.

Thank you for making this video. I really loved the concept of having a safe person and safe place. I already use the toilet as a place to calm down but sometimes I get so anxious that I need to spend a lot of time in the toilet.

    Hey Tina, I totally get you. When there’s a lot of people at the family gathering or at the party, there will always be people who will need to go to the toilet as well.
