And if you’re still on the fence and you’re not sure if now is the right time, listen to this episode of Social Anxiety Advice podcast because you will find the answer you’re searching for.
You see, it’s the time of the year when everyone makes new years resolutions. Some people are very systematic about it and put a lot of time and effort into creating inspiring goals for the future. Others are less systematic and only spend a few minutes daydreaming about their future and what they want to achieve in the year to come.
Well, it doesn’t matter which type you are; if you’re here, you probably want to get rid of your social anxiety and you need to start right.
So I want to help you get started and I want you to take this first step.
It’s about finding inspiration. It’s about finding the motivation to step out of your comfort zone and do whatever is necessary to beat this anxiety.
You see, if your goal is to overcome your social anxiety, you will never be able to do it.
This goal is too generic and not motivational enough. It doesn’t bare any emotional energy that would push you forward.
It’s just not strong enough to push you into action.
It’s just a wish and wishful thinking never gets you anywhere.
We’ve all been there. We’ve all wished for something at some point in our lives but the wishes almost never materialized.
It’s just not enough to think about it and hope for the best.
So listen to this episode and find some strong, emotional reasons for why you want to overcome your social anxiety.
Come up with as many as you can, but don’t stop until you have at least 7.
Don’t wait for something magical to happen to you because no one just wakes up one day and realizes that the anxiety is gone.
You’re the only one who can make that change. You’re the only one who can make it happen.
So make this year a year to remember.
And if you’re listening to this in the middle of the year, don’t wait for the next year. Start now when you’re already looking for solution.
And please feel free to share your most motivational reasons with the rest of us. Maybe you can help inspire someone else who’s right at the edge but needs just a little nudge to get started.
