The Two Rules I Had To Follow To Overcome Social Anxiety
Today I’m going to share with you, my biggest discovery about overcoming social anxiety.
I’m going to show you what made me successful at permanently beating it.
You see, I’ve tried to conquer my social fears for so many times and every time I tried I had usually found myself back at square one in just a couple of days or sometimes weeks.
Every time I hit a setback I got discouraged and quit pursuing my goal.
Well, until I finally discovered what I needed to do to minimize the number of setbacks and keep myself on track most of the time.
So there are basically two components of my success.
And I’m sure that most people who overcame social anxiety followed the exact same two rules that I did.
Rule #1 – Understand The Mind And Body Connection And Use It To Your Advantage
Your mind and body are heavily interconnected.
If you understand this connection you can use it to your advantage and make huge leaps forward that you wouldn’t be able to do otherwise.
Understanding this connection allows you to use simple techniques that instantly decrease the level of your anxiety.
Let me just give you a quick example.
Think about something funny… something exciting… something that actually makes you feel good.
Paint a vivid picture in your mind and change your body posture accordingly.
Stand tall and put a smile on your face.
Really get into this comfortable posture.
Now try to feel bad.
Well, at least it’s much harder to feel bad when your body is trying to feel good.
And it works exactly the same in the opposite direction.
If your body is slumped and you have a sad expression on your face, you have a hard time feeling good about yourself and your life in general.
It’s a very strong connection you can take advantage of if you know how.
And in one of my future emails, I’ll help you better understand this connection so you can harness its full power.
Rule #2 – Follow A Proven System And Put All Your Trust In It
This is an incredibly important rule to follow and I’ll tell you why in just a second.
You see, I had tried many different systems and every single time I failed to succeed.
Because I didn’t believe in the system.
I didn’t believe in the process I was going through.
I didn’t REALLY believe that following that system would get me to defeat my social anxiety for good.
Well, until I discovered this rule and decided to follow it.
You have to suspend your disbelief.
If you don’t believe in the process from the get-go, you ain’t gonna make it.
You’ll always find some excuse that will allow you to not follow the process.
That’s called self-sabotage and as a result of that, you will always fail.
So, follow this rule.
Pick a system and suspend your disbelief.
If you’re ready to do the same, go get this course and follow through.
To your success,
